Choco Bliss Balls

½ cup tahini

2 tbsp peanut butter (optional)

2 tbsp honey

1/4 cup cocoa powder

1/2 cup of cocoa nibs

1 ½ cup mixed nuts ( pistachio, sunflower, almonds, pumpkin, sesame seeds, chia seeds)

1/2 cup raisins (or sultanas, cranberries, or finely chopped dates/prunes)

1/2 cup coconut, shredded

3 tbsp freeze dried berries(optional but really adds flavour)


1Place all ingredients in a food processor until well combined & sticky.

2With wet hands roll mixture into balls in desiccated coconut or cocoa or even sesame seeds.

3Store immediately in fridge.

4You can freeze this recipe.
